Article 5. Destruction of Personal Information

Personal data is destroyed after the purpose of collection/use is fulfilled and the retention period ends.

The procedures and methods for destruction are as follows.

- Data entered by users is stored for a certain period according to internal policies and legal obligations and then destroyed.

Transmission of Marketing Information

We do not send marketing or advertising materials for commercial purposes without prior consent

When sending promotional information via electronic media for user-oriented marketing such as product, service, and event notifications, we obtain prior consent from users for the transmission of such promotional information. We also ensure that users can easily recognize the content as promotional information by clearly indicating this in the subject line and body of the message. Additionally, when sending commercial promotional information such as emails or messages to users who have agreed to receive advertisements, we take necessary measures including displaying the sender’s name.
